James Invest was established with the Mission of connecting Financial Needs and Resources, capital sources for its domestic clients and Financial Advisor, Offshore Investor, Private Equity (PE) Funds, to help them in the following activities and scopes:
+ Sourcing potential clients to be matched with available products from Financial Advisor, Investors and Private Equity Funds.
+ Propose and complete the Financial solution, Products to both Client and Investors/PE Funds.
+ Almost things that involves collaboration and execution.
+ Other Support and Collaboration, especially for new Investor/PE Fund Business, Account Opening (IICA, DDA, STC), Representative Office to Vietnam.
Details are as below:
1. Sourcing potential clients to matched with available products from (Your Company) and Investors/PE Funds
2. Propose and complete financial solution, products to both Client and Investors/Funds:
+ Client meeting and present suitable products to them
+ Client profile and financial reports (if any)
+ Termsheet proposal
+ T&C negotiation
+ Contract/Agreement signing
+ Preparing Vietnamese article for Press Release activities
+ Keep relationship with SSC, VSD, HNX, HOSE, Top Banks and Securities company for product development and implementation
+ Select and proposal NDR activities for client and/or for Investors/PE Funds.
3. Operation tasks:
+ Bank/Securities Account opening
+ Check list, document
+ Contract/Agreement signing activities
+ Place Collateral shares to Custodian Bank/Securities company
+ Put through transaction
+ Call/Force sell from EOD
+ Client site visit accommodation for (Your Company) and Investors/Funds.
4. Other Support and Collaboration, especially for new Investor/PE Fund
+ Business, Account Opening, Rep Office to Vietnam
+ Representative office Opening documents and application
+ IICA, DDA account opening at Banks/Securities company
+ STC – Securities Trading Code issuance
+ NPL, bad debt handling
+ Authorized to sign the Termsheet for Investor/PE Funds
