James Invest’s client is a large stuffed animal manufacturing and trading company in Vietnam, wanting to transfer the company as follows:
– Established: more than 20 years.
– Status: The factory is operating daily.
– Stable revenue and profit, EBITDA over 5 million USD annually.
– Has a domestic and international distribution network;
– The Seller wants to sell the entire current status of the Company, Factory and 01 office abroad to the Buyer and commits to pay off all outstanding debt to the Bank when handing over the company.
– Selling price: 65 million USD for 90-100% of shares.
– Priority is given to closing the sale in the first quarter of 2025.
